Services
The Hideaway Head Spa provides scalp wellness, relaxation treatments, facial massage, décolleté massage, aromatherapy services, and related spa treatments.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or updated without notice.
Appointments & Reservations
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
A valid credit card may be required to reserve an appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or failure to comply with spa policies.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times while maintaining the full-service fee.
Health Conditions
Guests are responsible for informing their service provider of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, scalp sensitivities, recent surgeries, medications, or other health concerns prior to treatment.
While our services are designed to promote relaxation and wellness, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Scalp treatments, massage services, herbal applications, and wellness therapies are intended for relaxation and cosmetic purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding hair growth, scalp improvement, or specific treatment outcomes.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift card use is the responsibility of the card holder.
Retail Products
Retail purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition.
Opened, used, or customized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Memberships & Packages
If memberships, packages, or prepaid treatment plans are offered:
